DLF is also preparing a luxury residential project in Gurugram. Company executives said the upcoming development is expected to be comparable in positioning to the developer’s recent premium launches.
The announcement comes after DLF recorded new sales bookings of ₹3,800 crore during the September quarter. The company continues to focus on residential pre-sales, cash generation, profit margins and growth in its rental business.
DLF's luxury senior-living development, The Aureva in Gurugram, has also reportedly sold out. The company continues to market units in The Dahlias, another high-end residential development in the city.

The proposed launches will add to the supply of premium housing in two major property markets. Actual sales performance will depend on launch schedules, pricing, market conditions and buyer demand.
