State agriculture departments have activated 12,000 Rythu Seva Kendras (RSKs) with certified drought-tolerant seed distribution and direct bank DBT linkages. Over 4.5 lakh quintals of certified Paddy (BPT 5204, RNR 15048) and Bollgard II Cotton seeds are being disbursed with automated biometric Aadhaar authentication.
